Absence notifications via the staff portal are only available on Core, and Complete plans

What are Absence Notifications?

Absence notifications allow your support staff to submit notifications digitally indicating they will not be in for work on a specific day (in most cases the day of submission), this triggers this absence to flow through to SupportWise support data and determine impact, so you can jump in and easily re allocate as part of the daily operations flow.

Enabling Absence Notifcations

Navigate to Manage Settings Page

Simply click here

Under Workspace Features

Enable Staff absence notifications

Support staff can now submit absence notifications
